'Reflexology for Men's Health'

How can we encourage more men to devote time to improve and maintain their health? In what ways can we build more confidence for the therapist to work with men in a clinic room setting?

For too long, a majority of men have been brought up unable to show emotion, vulnerability or pain. This lack of expression has been the pre-cursor to disease, including increasing mental health problems.

It seems ironic when men spend millions of pounds every year on grooming and health care products that there is such a disconnection between surface care and deeper care.

A man's health is not just limited to his prostate and issues around erectile dysfunction. In this post-lockdown age, his mental and emotional welfare in particular needs to be examined and worked with at a holistic level as much as his physical symptoms. He is potentially a ticking time bomb.

So, to help defuse this potential ticking time bomb, one of the world's top reflex therapy teachers, Lee Anthony Taylor, is presenting a weekend reflexology masterclass which will include:

  • Moving on from outdated masculine values about men's bodies which influence their health and create disease,
  • What methods we can use to appeal to men and how we can get instant results using a simple reflexology technique,
  • A comprehensive list of reflex points to work with to produce immediate benefits.

The revealing information and invaluable experience learned on this reflex therapy masterclass will both convert and inspire men to keep trying reflexology as a form of preventative healthcare.
