ABOUT COURSE PRESENTERS:

MAUREEN FYNES

My name is Maureen Fynes and I am a woman on a mission to inspire people to take proactive care of their health and wellbeing.

I am a full-time reflexologist and a professional Health Coach.

I also own and run MF Wellness School of Reflexology.

Over the last 10 years I have combined my professional studies and life experience to treat, coach and teach all of those who have come to me.

Some come for reflexology treatments, some come for coaching and many come as students of reflexology. All who come through my door have one thing in common: they all want change.

I am honoured to be able to facilitate all those who come to me and it is my strongest belief that the key to living well full of energy and vitality lies within us all. If we have our health we can do anything - it's up to each and every one of us to get pro-active about our health and well-being.

My name is Sinead Staunton, I am a Reflexologist, Aromatherapist and holistic practitioner and owner of Sole Scent Wellness based in County Galway

My mission for Sole Scent wellness is to provide a sanctuary for people to relax, recharge and rebalance through the use of reflexology, aromatherapy and the other therapies I provide.

I am so passionate about helping people & I want to empower them to discover that even in the hardest of times in the muddiest of waters you can grow and blossom into something wonderful.
