details:
During a session of Metamorphic Technique, the practitioner uses light touch on the spinal reflex area of the Feet, Hands and Head. The session is offered in an environment that is free of direction, interference or any preconceived ideas. The founder Gaston Saint-Pierre, defined the Technique as being a practice of detachment and some people who have received a session report an
increased ability or freedom to be more of who they really are rather than how others think they should be. Others recognise their own unique skills and discover a sense of purpose and
fulfilment in life.
During the workshop you give and receive a session. Handouts are given so you can relax and put your feet up for the two days. You can also share sessions with family and friends immediately.
There are tea breaks and an hour for lunch each day.

About facilitator:
Facilitator Patricia O'Hanlon has been using the Metamorphic Technique since 1999 and trained as a teacher in 2005 with Gaston Saint-Pierre, the founder of the work.
Previously Patricia completed training in Shiatsu and Life Coaching and she is passionate about
sharing the simplicity and the value of The Metamorphic Technique with others.
She is an active member of The Metamorphic Association and its satellite Metamorphic Technique
Ireland.
