Would you like to learn techniques which have been strongly associated with supporting emotional wellbeing, reducing stress levels, anxiety and depression?

Mindful Self Compassion is at the cutting edge of self-care and resilience training. Self-compassion is strongly associated with improved physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. It can support the maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise and has been shown to lead to greater resilience and strength.

The course will be facilitated by Julia Sweetman, MSC teacher and Nutritional Therapist and Orla Burchael, MSC teacher, Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher.

Join us on our Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) training programme where we explore self-care, self-kindness and learn the tools of mindful self-compassion.

Dates: Thursday 26th September 2019 -Thursday 21st November 6.45pm-9.30pm* This also includes a retreat day on Sunday 27th October 2019.
*please note session one (26th September) will be from 6.45pm- 9.45pm
**there will be no class on Thursday 31st October
