Judy Buckley, MNRRI, and member of PR, is a past 3-term National Chairperson of the Irish Reflexologists Institute Ltd and has been a practicing Reflexologist for the last 12 years. Her tailor-made techniques have been designed to address symptoms such as stress, anxiety and insomnia associated such issues.
Judy has years of experience working with children with special needs and behavioural difficulties and won a Business All Star Award in April 2018 in recognition of her work with children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

It is work in this area that has led her to announce her newest course. Judy Buckley's mental health workshop will focus on dealing with anxiety, depression, fear and how our mindset affects us. She will also touch on goal setting and the difference that carrying out this important task can have. Mental health, and achieving a good standard of it (in both children & adults), has become an important part of society. Judy will highlight some tools that you can use to strengthen yourself!
The workshop covers depression, seasonal depression, atypical depression, persistent depression, major depression. She covers common symptoms of nervous mental breakdown, the difference between anxiety and depression, the difference between fear and anxiety, how emotions harm your body, paranoia and panic attacks. The workshop also teaches how you can aid those suffering from trauma.

This course is perfect for qualified reflexologists who are interested in specialising in mental health.
