BREIFLY ABOUT THE COURSE:

During this training weekend, I will take you through how you can adapt your regular Reflexology Treatments for perimenopause, menopause and post menopause
clients:

• Recap on the endocrine and reproductive systems,
• The choices available to you, and making your own decision
• The latest research Your detailed consultation form.
• We will be discussing changing hormones, glands, emotionalissues and other subtle clues leading up to menopause.
• How best to work on balancing the body holistically
• Why some women seem to have more symptoms than others?
• Sedating and Stimulating reflexes (some reflexes need sedating, while others may need stimulating)
• How can spinal work help during menopausal symptoms?
• What about Post Menopause?
• As a nutritional advisor and menopause coach I will introduce you tosome nutritional fundamentals, whether that's the changing requirementsmenopause puts on the body, or managing weight loss the sameprinciples apply.
