NATURAL FACE LIFT MASSAGE

A facial massage using which is truly ‘Holistic' based on ancient Indian techniques. This massage is performed without oils or creams, the entire procedure is performed with the hands. Facial rejuvenation is a combination of facial exercises and massage.

There are dozens of muscles in your face which contract to reveal different expressions. If these expressions become habitual the muscles may stiffen up. These expressions, which give us all our unique looks, can also produce wrinkles in our face which in turn, lends to the expression, as we get older, that we acquire the face we deserve!

You may get the face you deserve, but nothing is set in stone. Perhaps you deserve better and you can work towards this with a face lift massage.

People tend to get locked into one expression which means many of our 90 facial muscles are not being exercised. Tight muscles put pressure on the capillaries and veins, leading to sluggish circulation. The tiny movements of the massage bring blood back to the surface. You will notice a difference after one treatment, but for a lasting effect you need at least three.

Facial rejuvenation works on the structure of the skin, to ease restrictions and lift up the face. Most of the skin is made up of connective tissue, which is formed from fibres of proteins such as collagen and elastin. These fibres weave together to form a flexible we-like structure. In younger tissues, the fibres slide past each other freely, giving suppleness and flexibility. But over time, toxic by-products build up in the skin, causing fibres to lock together so that the skin loses much of its mobility. Facia rejuvenation helps to release the tissues, gently allowing the connective tissue to regain its freedom and elasticity.

This facial massage gives amazing results. It relieves tension from areas you had no idea where tense proving that you don't need cosmetic surgery to look younger.

Most people do not realise how much tension is held in the face. Have you ever noticed with older people, how some hold their age very well, with very little sign of wrinkles? Some people even in their 30's are starting to show real stress in their face. More and more people have the money but not the time to spare for looking after themselves properly. This facial massage takes approximately 1 hour.
Face lift massage works towards reversing the aging process by toning, manipulating, and softening the muscles of the face. This could also be combined with an Indian Head treatment, which would have double complimentary benefits. The neck and shoulder massage would relieve the tension in that area. After having the deep work done, what better than to have the beneficial and rejuvenating rewards of a natural face lift massage?

Massage exercises the facial muscles and stimulates the lymphatic system, which removes toxins from the body, a build-up of which causes bags under the eyes.

Most women (and men) looking for a facial treatment, are looking to explore every angle. There are lots and lots of skin care products on the market that are hugely beneficial, but it is really the natural facelift way that would permanently help. A client could be advised to have a normal facial one week and a facelift massage the next week, combining the two would have amazing and lasting results.

This form of therapy combines physical massage and charka energy balancing techniques. The recipient allows her self to be completely relaxed, and in receiving the massage, is effectively allowing her energy to be balanced. Recipients must be mentally fully prepared to accept the massage, or they will not obtain the maximum benefits. The therapist must be physically and mentally balanced as this greatly increases the effectiveness of the treatment.

When you experience a Facial Rejuvenation treatment, your spirit will be lifted and so will the skin of your face. As we learn to nurture and balance ourselves in our inner and outer lives, the changes we make are reflected in our features. By using the simple natural and effective massage and energy balancing techniques of Facial Rejuvenation, you can discover a new and exciting way to take care of the assets you possess.
